Q: If a woman remarries after her husband passes away, is she still entitled to inherit from her deceased husband’s estate?

A: The wife who remarries after her husband’s demise cannot be deprived of her share of inheritance. As long as she was married to the husband when he passed away, she will be entitled to her share of inheritance.
