However, the Business Improvement (BI) helps an existing and/or a relatively new business to boost and/or improve and enhance the business. Among other things, this “boost” also includes: -

sometimes refurbishing the business-house itself;

decorating the external area of the premises;

upgrading the number of commodities for transaction; and

the general administration and management infrastructure.

Over the years, many individuals were assisted. We produce hereunder a letter of thanks from Nazreen who received a business boost.
