Targeting learners between the ages of 6-12, the event aimed at bonding fathers to their sons by sharing quality time together. The programme kicked off on Saturday with great enthusiasm from both parties, with fathers and sons enjoying exciting activities such as paintball, archery, obstacle courses, ziplining, human foosball, wall climbing, and horse walking, amongst others.
For the duration of the camp, Moulana Uzair from Zambia, Moulana Muhammad Jadwat and Moulana Zakariya Desai delivered pertinent advice and conducted concise programmes after each Salaah.
The event ended on Sunday, with participants having spent the time outdoors in an environment that fostered fun, leaning, and valuable lessons in building bonds. Encouraging feedback was received, allowing for more events such as this to be planned for the future, Insha’Allah.
The YOU would like to extend thanks to all participants, volunteers, parents and donors for their contributions in making the programme a success. May Allah Ta’ala accept all humble efforts and make our youth true flagbearers of Islam.
